Maaslander, the most delicious cheese in the Netherlands

Maaslander cheese has a delicious, pure and full flavor. Maaslander cheese contains 25% less salt than Gouda 48+ cheese. This is because Maaslander cheeses have been immersed in a brine bath for a shorter period of time. The shorter brine bath also makes sure that more milk liquid is preserved in Maaslander cheese. This makes Maaslander deliciously smooth.
In total 11 different kinds of Maaslander are now available: 6 Maaslander 48+ variations and 5 Maaslander 30+ variations. Maaslander 30+ cheese has 45% less fat than 48+ Gouda cheese. In October 2008, Maaslander 48+ and Maaslander 30+ were selected as the most delicious cheeses in the Netherlands in a blind taste test!
